Are you looking to 2025 yet? If that seems a little scary, here are 5 simple questions to ask yourself (and they'll help to kickstart your marketing planning for 2025...) 🤩 1. Who are my ideal customers and where will I find them? (Hint: if you’re not sure, ask your existing customers.) 2. What are my 3 marketing priorities for 2025? (Hint: choose priorities that are realistic and align with your overall business goals. Consider their purpose and objectives.) 3. How much time do each of these priorities need? (Hint: try to spread delivery throughout the year and add some contingency.) 4. What resources do I have available? (Hint: consider internal and external options, look at what technology and expertise you may need.) 5. What budget do I have available? (Hint: up to 10% of turnover has been a traditional rule of thumb for marketing spend but in the current climate, 3-5% is perhaps more realistic.) Need some help with your marketing plan for 2025?
