The email address you use for your job applications might seem like a small detail, but it can be quite telling. In HR, every element of your application is scrutinized, including your email address. Here's how certain types of email addresses can impact our decision on whether to proceed with an interview: Too Casual or Inappropriate: Email addresses like surferdude42@provider.com or giggles123@provider.com might not convey the professionalism you want in a workplace setting. Overly Complex or Unprofessional: It's challenging to take seriously an email like crazychick1995@provider.com or john.doe_the_greatest@provider.com. These can suggest a lack of judgment regarding professional norms. Outdated Email Providers: An address from long-abandoned providers might hint at a reluctance to adapt to new technologies, which can be a red flag in dynamic industries. Tip: If your current email address might raise eyebrows, it's worth setting up a new one that includes just your name or a simple variation thereof, such as j.smith@provider.com or elizabeth.brown@provider.com. This small change can make a big difference in how HR perceives your application. #HR #JobSearchTips #Professionalism #CareerAdvice #BoardwalkHR
I’m incredibly grateful for the people who’ve spoken into my life when I needed it the most. I’m a firm believer that there are people in your life who have a destination to get to… that won’t get there without your help.

Gratitude is often a quiet force that sustains us throughout our journey. As we chase success, accolades, and glory, it’s easy to forget the foundational wisdom, encouragement, and mentorship that helped us reach these heights. Behind every milestone, every step forward, there are those who shared their advice, their time, and their belief in us when we might not have believed in ourselves. These individuals are often the unsung heroes in our story, whose impact is immeasurable yet crucial. It's important to take a moment to reflect and express gratitude for those who have been our guides, pushing us beyond our limits and challenging us to grow. They’ve provided us with the tools and perspective needed to reach the next level, even when the road seemed unclear. In a world that celebrates individual achievements, let’s not forget to honor those who believed in us, and continue to offer wisdom and inspiration in ways we often overlook. Their contributions are just as vital as the successes we celebrate. Today, let's pause and say thank you — for their advice, their encouragement, and their presence in our lives. The journey to success is never just ours; it's shared with those who lift us higher.

It's very interesting who actually makes you Rich or a Talent or a High Performer . It happens because there is someone or some people who are lacking. It's others' non Performance which makes you a great Performer. Try to understand this. You are still performing at the same level but others have also started performing at the same level so you are no more a great performer. If poor people become Rich then you are no more very Rich. If others also become talented then you are no more a great Talent. So always be grateful to these people who keep you above them. Without their shortcomings you would not have gained so much. Therefore there is actually no great Talent or nobody is very Rich in absolute number. It's just because others don't have it for whatever reason. Be grateful to all people who have made you a Boss or CEO or the Owner or Rich or a Talent or a great Performer etc

I express my gratitude for this platform, where numerous intellects converge to encourage, support, and enrich one another through exchanging knowledge and wisdom. I intend to address the prevalent disconnection within the workforce, acknowledging the existence of remarkable tools to bridge this gap. Whether operating from home or within an office setting, our interactions with fellow colleagues and leaders emulate familial relationships, occasionally encountering dysfunctional periods. Analogous to personal relationships and family dynamics, workplace relationships necessitate certain commonalities not merely to coexist but to thrive. In addition to grace and patience, essential components include trust, fostering a sense of safety, mutual respect, the liberty to express oneself authentically, the capacity for forgiveness, aptitude for compromise, readiness to confront difficult discussions, and a steadfast commitment to resolving issues. Moreover, fostering a desire for connection and ensuring equality in addressing wants, needs, goals, and significant decisions are imperative. It's crucial to acknowledge that professionalism need not equate to rigidity, aloofness, disinterest, or lack of empathy. Rather, it entails maintaining a demeanor that fosters warmth, understanding, and mutual support amongst colleagues. Thank you, and have a blessed day!

Have you ever wished to be celebrated most especially for that thing you achieved ? well that's amazing and lovely, but the real question is do you celebrate yourself at all or you just waiting to get that cheers from the audience........ Celebrating yourself and achievements( either big or small) first, should be your priority instead of waiting for others to do that for you. Don't just wait until you get that big win before you congratulate yourself, it might be small but yet it's worth celebrating. Let me tell you something start identifying those little wins and growth you've achieved it's worth celebrating 💃 Don't demagnify them and feel you've not attained something worth celebrating. The year is gradually coming to an end what were those things you tried so hard to do last year but you couldn't, fortunately you did them this year that's an achievement💯 ✅ reflects on your improvements it's worth celebrating . ✅ reflect on your growth both mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually it's worth celebrating . One advantage this does is that it makes you see and helps you put more efforts Don't expect others to celebrate you if you don't do that to your self. PS: what wins have you attained that's worth celebrating but you neglected them because you felt they were small and not important.... #makesureyoucelebrateyourwins

Who do you need to celebrate and say thank you to today? Large companies, that already have an engaged workforce, can save over $16,000,000 per year in turnover costs by making recognition an important part of company culture. (Gallup-Workhuman Research: https://lnkd.in/e6Na3x_b) Further, these companies could achieve almost $92,000,000 in productivity gains by doubling the number of employees who strongly agree that they "received recognition or praise for doing good work in the last seven days." (Gallup-Workhuman Research: https://lnkd.in/ehYi9k_N) How have you ingrained recognition into the daily culture of your organization?

This year has been a journey of growth, transformation, and unexpected connections—both personally and professionally. After leaving Texas and relocating to Flagstaff, AZ, we couldn’t have predicted where the year would take us. But sometimes, the universe has a way of surprising you. It was on a rainy day at the Waste Management Tournament, when Adam reconnected with our college friend Brandon Graves, that the spark for my entry into the healthcare world was ignited. What began as a casual catch-up between old friends quickly turned into something much bigger. I found myself drawn into an industry that I never saw coming. Working with Brandon has been an absolute joy-our circle of friends from college has grown into a powerhouse of collaboration, and it’s been amazing to be a part of it. Through Brandon, I feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with Tommy, whose passion for innovation and connecting people is truly contagious. His leadership is driving the next evolution of the healthcare industry, and I’m proud to be part of that journey. My journey in healthcare has taken me into a variety of roles, exposing me to a whole new world of opportunities. Then there are Melissa and Lillian—two powerhouse women whose dedication and drive never cease to inspire me. They are the heartbeat of everything we do, making sure that operations run smoothly while constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. And, what a team of Stephanie and Kelly rocking sales!! As 2024 comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on how much has changed. It feels like the chapter of my real estate career in Texas has come to a close, and in many ways, I’ve come full circle—back to my roots in Marketing and PR, where it all started. I’ve never been more excited about the future. We’ve got so many exciting projects on the horizon, and I’m eager to dive into the next phase of disrupting healthcare and shaping what comes next. There’s so much ahead, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me! #letsgo #careerjourney #healthcareinnovation #personalgrowth #womeninhealthcare #innovation #medtech #collaboration #businessgrowth #alwaysupforchange
