Maybe it's an unpopular opinion but here it goes..... They say the job search stage is a full-time task in and of itself.......well why are we not changing, or at minimum discussing that as a society, it doesn't have to be so labor intensive. We can increase productivity and accuracy without all the application and interview "noise". With so much automation and the adoption of AI we can streamline and boost accuracy of finding hires, processing the hires, and not taking weeks to communicate. Reactionary strategy is failing, lets become proactive. #Jobsearch #jobmarket #marketing #HRimprovement #interview
