Discover the journey of water through BlueVerse’s state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant in this detailed video! We start in the wash bay, where water used in car washes begins its path to recovery. Watch as it first flows to Pit 1, where waste and debris are effectively strained out. Then, it moves to Pit 2 for the separation of oil and grease using our advanced Oil Skimmer. Finally, the water arrives at Pit 3, where raw effluent is collected for further recycling. Follow the water’s journey as it is transported to our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), where this cutting-edge technology ensures it is thoroughly recycled and purified. Learn how each stage of our integrated water recycling process contributes to environmental sustainability and operational efficiency. Don’t miss this inside look at how BlueVerse is leading the way in eco-friendly water management! E-waste EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) compliance refers to the legal obligation of manufacturers to manage and properly dispose of electronic waste generated from their products. This includes collecting, recycling, and safely disposing of electronic devices to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability. EPR programs help ensure that producers take responsibility for the entire lifecycle of their products, from manufacturing to disposal. Compliance with these regulations is crucial in addressing the growing e-waste problem and preventing harmful pollution. Let's all do our part to support e-waste EPR compliance and protect our planet! 🌍♻️ #ewaste #EPR #sustainability #recycling #environmentalprotection

What is EPR for E-waste? Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for E-waste refers to the responsibility of anyone producing electrical or electronic equipment to manage the disposal of such waste in an environmentally friendly manner. This responsibility typically involves setting up systems for the collection of E-waste and ensuring its proper recycling or disposal. EPR entails implementing a take-back system or establishing collection centres, or both, and making arrangements with authorised dismantlers or recyclers. These measures are either carried out individually or collectively through a Producer Responsibility Organization recognized by the producers. EPR is essential for managing electronic waste responsibly. It includes creating mechanisms for reverse collection and recycling of post-consumer waste to effectively dispose of end-of-life electronic products. Veolia is witnessing one preventable fire every day due to improper disposal of hazardous items like vapes, batteries, and electricals in residual waste bins. These items can easily ignite when crushed, posing serious dangers to waste collection crews and causing significant damage to recycling facilities. It's essential to dispose of these items correctly to protect both people and vital infrastructure. Always use dedicated recycling points and follow local disposal guidelines. If your business handles WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), ensure you're meeting your obligations safely and efficiently. 🌍 E-Waste Recycling Capacity Guidelines 🌍 📢 The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) have issued essential guidelines for determining the processing capacity of e-waste recycling facilities. Here’s a quick breakdown: Processing Capacity Assessment: Recycling facilities’ capacities should be evaluated based on the installed equipment’s hourly capacity (max 20 hrs/day). Space Requirements: Facilities must ensure adequate space for: Recycling operations (dismantling, shredding, separation, smelting, etc.) Storage for raw materials, recycling products, non-recyclables, and hazardous waste Pollution control equipment Approval Verification: SPCBs/PCCs will verify capacity and facilities before granting operational permits, specifying capacity in tonnes per annum. ♻️ Let’s pave the way for sustainable e-waste management! ♻️ #EcoFriendly #EWasteRecycling #Sustainability #SPCB #CPCB

Electronic waste, PCB, plastic waste with metal, etc. which it is only possible to safely smelt the non-ferrous metal - precious metal content after carburizing. The resulting non-ferrous metal - precious metal alloy can be decomposed into its highly pure 99.99% alloying metals (gold, palladium, silver, copper, aluminium, tin, lead, etc.) in a self-sustaining way in terms of electricity and heat (gas, coke and the so-called pyrolytic oil obtained from energy carriers) in emissions within the limits of environmental protection. Carbonization prior to smelting facilitates environmental approval in terms of emission limits, because during carbonization, we filter out the polluting components in the organic and inorganic condensate / condensate that would have gone out the smelter's chimney without carbonization. (filtering with condensate is used as a pre-filter for the flue gas) technology manufacturer: www.gumienergia.hu
