#100 Subscribers on YouTube# 🥂 Seeing this post, was your first reaction "raising your eyebrow to recheck the post if I am really celebrating 100 or 1000 subscribers" hahahaha, this is how I would have responded too. 😃 Today all of us have set a benchmark for everything, this is guided by the outside World, we do not have any say, everything is influenced by what others say, feel or approve. That is like final verdict. There is a clear rule book as to what is defined as success and what is not, 🔦 If you have 1million subscribers you have to celebrate 🔦 If you get 95% or above marks you will be successful 🔦 If you have to bag a good job you need to go to Tier 1 Institute 🔦 You have to be married to be happy, you need to be a mother to be accepted in the society The list can go on and on, there is no end to it Each one of us are different in all possible ways, our lives, choices, desires, our definition of success, what gives us happiness, we are different so are our choices, so let us not get boggled down by the rules that are set by the external World. Write your story, you are the hero \ shero and celebrate your journey. You know your journey, you know what you want and you know your abilities, so when you know you have done something that calls for a celebration, just celebrate and do not wait for the validation from the outside World. The biggest issue with New Year’s resolutions is that they’re often created from the same mindset as previous years—the mindset that didn’t produce the desired results. When the approach stays the same, it’s no surprise that the outcomes often don’t change. To break the cycle, it’s important to start from a fresh perspective, grounded in clarity about who I am and what I want to create in my life—not solely focused on achieving it in the next three months. Most people underestimate what they can accomplish in 20 years but overestimate what they can achieve in one. The key is consistency, patience, and long-term vision.

My favorite day of the week is Tuesday. Why? Every Tuesday we do a family dinner & meeting. Each week we rotate who runs the meeting, but the agenda is always the same: What went well this week? What didn’t go well this week? What were the challenges? How did you live our family values this week? For example, in our family, one of our values is adventure, so we will each share a time that week that we did something that scared us, but we tried it anyways.
