𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 '𝗘𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵' "When I sleep, I don't just sleep any ordinary sleep. No, I dream of being a three-time 🌟 Golden Globe-winning actor, Jim Carrey. Because then, I would be enough." - Jim Carrey I recently rewatched Jim Carrey's 🌟 Golden Globes speech, and it struck me how much wisdom lies beneath his humor. He spoke with a 😄 smile, but his words carried significant depth. We often think, *"If I just get that 💰 promotion, that 🌟 award, that recognition, then I'll be enough."* However, Jim's candidness reminds us that this pursuit never truly ends. There is always another milestone, another accomplishment that we believe will finally complete us. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 Perhaps real strength lies in understanding that we are already enough, regardless of awards or accolades. It is about appreciating the journey—not just the trophies—but the growth, the challenges, and the meaningful moments along the way. Let us remember that our worth is not defined by our achievements, but by who we are throughout our journey. Have you ever found yourself caught in that endless 🚶♂️ pursuit? How do you stay present and value who you are at this very moment? #SelfWorth #PersonalGrowth #JimCarrey #GoldenGlobes #Motivation #Wisdom #Mindset #LifeJourney #Inspiration #SuccessMindset #SelfReflection

Who is your competition? Most of us compete to beat other people, other businesses. What if there was another way? Enter Ben Comen the runner. But Ben Comen is not even supposed to walk, let alone run. He has cerebral palsy and has limited control over his motion that makes it tough to even pick his leg up. But still he runs. Not just to run but to compete and be part of a team and belong. Ben inspires. His lesson is more valuable than perseverance. His lesson is more important that never quitting. Ben shows us, that when you decide to compete against others, not often will people help you. But when you decide to compete against yourself ... everyone will help you. https://lnkd.in/gWh__cNT

“If the world is laughing at you, you are indeed doing something right.” I just watched a movie that truly resonated with me—'Chandu Champion.' It’s one of those rare films that I was really moved by on a deeper level. It has several layers of messages and it touched a lot of chords. 1. Never give up Despite facing significant adversity and physical challenges, Murli’s journey is a testament to the power of never giving up on our dreams. 2. Dream big Dream of reaching the stars you may land on the moon they say. Murli dreamt of winning gold in olympics. Coming from a humble background, having enormous dreams, larger than yourself can only propel you towards greatness 3. If people laugh at you, you are indeed doing something right When we do something different, society mocks at first, and once we succeed, it showers us with praises. If you do something out of the box, people will laugh and that is good! That means you are on the right track. 4. Action >>> Having dreams without putting in the work is useless. Murli kept on working on his dream since he realised he wanted to win. Action is the only way to get there. Just keep moving you will land somewhere. As a cinema fan, I believe we need more films like this—stories that uplift, motivate, and remind us of our human potential. This one really is a masterpiece in my opinion. #Inspiration #ChanduChampion #Motivation #ProfessionalGrowth #PersonalGrowth

Growing up, I found profound inspiration in two fictional characters: Rocky Balboa 🥊 and Superman 🦸♂️, as portrayed by Christopher Reeve. Rocky, the underdog boxer from Philadelphia, taught me the value of perseverance and resilience. His journey from obscurity to boxing champion epitomizes the belief that with determination, any obstacle can be overcome. One of his most memorable quotes encapsulates this spirit: ✨ "It ain't about how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!" ✨ This quote resonates so deeply with me that I had it printed on a canvas. 🖼️ It hangs behind my office chair, serving as a constant reminder of the power of grit and determination. 💪 If I don’t use a virtual background or blur my camera, it’s visible to anyone who joins a video call with me. 🎥 Similarly, Christopher Reeve's portrayal of Superman instilled in me the importance of using one's abilities for the greater good. Superman’s unwavering commitment to justice and his humility despite his immense power serve as a benchmark for integrity and altruism. Reeve himself once remarked, 💡 "What makes Superman a hero is not that he has power, but that he has the wisdom and the maturity to use the power wisely." 💬 These lessons from Rocky Balboa and Superman have been instrumental in shaping me. They remind me to face challenges head-on, maintain hope, and strive to make a positive impact in the world. 🌟 #Inspiration #Motivation #RockyBalboa #Superman #Resilience #Wisdom #Grit #BeYourOwnHero https://lnkd.in/gnz4FWk2

It’s as simple as this, fam. Winners are the ones who roll up their sleeves and dig in, while the losers are fine watching on the sideline. Winners get uncomfortable consistently. Losers avoid being uncomfortable like it’s a plague. Winners dream big. Losers dream of doing nothing. Winners don’t take no for an answer. Losers accept a no and say “What are you gonna do?” Winners say “I don’t know how I’m going to do this, but I will.” Losers give up after the first try. Winners simply refuse to lose.
The only way to reach the winner's circle is by going through the trenches. Let's do it!

Timeless wisdom from André De Shields. The Tony Award winner shares his secrets to longevity in the arts. Three simple rules we can all apply, no matter our chosen field: - Surround yourself with people whose eyes light up when they see you. - Slowly is the fastest way to where you want to be. - The top of one mountain is the bottom of the next - keep climbing. #icct20 - While everyone celebrates our #worldcupteam, this Coach #rahuldravid is someone I have always looked upto - focused, dedicated, calm, inclusive, empowering, a behind the scenes person, building future players and leaders, respected, inspirational, humble ...and more! All the attributes of #quietleadership which I am such a big fan of when it comes to handling superstars on one hand and raw youngsters on the other and blending it in seamlessly. As a player he was the wall and the shield and the team player that let other heroes flourish around him and create their records. As a coach first with the younger upcoming players and later with the seniors, am sure he not just built a team of competent support staff around him to focus on each small area, but built great camaraderie between the support staff and the players. Seeing the fielding award celebrations after each match clearly shows that spirit. Something not so often seen in organisation corridors where support functions are always seen with some suspicion :) And I wonder if there is a single player who would have something against him or accuse him of playing games or creating camps of favorites within the team. This is a clear case of his gravitas and presence not just as a coach but as a past player and as a human being and as a leader. His calm presence would have done wonders as the team made it to 3 world cup finals and stuck it out till they also won it for him as a return gift:) And as he jokingly says in this chat that he is now jobless and happy to move on. Another sign of a secure leader who knows he has done his job and its time to hand over the mantle to the next in line. Hats off to this gentleman and to the team he groomed, toughened mentally and raised the standards in his role as a coach. May his calmness, lessons in humility and legacy continue to rub off on the next gen players as they handle the transition of some older players and the style of a new coach. Do listen to this conversation when even he displayed emotions that came with the high of serving his country in the role entrusted to him #icct20cricket #rahuldravid #coaching #leadership #executivepresence https://lnkd.in/gQQiR_E2

Wonderful article about a truly great leader. Perhaps not as famous as Phil Jackson or his hero John Wooden, but equally profound and full of wisdom on how to win and more importantly what you learn and how you grow if you can lose with grace. With one of the most impressive records on the national and world stage Adam Krikorian is one of the best coaches and leaders in all of sport!
Always searching for perspective & meaning. Forever a work in progress but also proud to honor the influential people and teams I've been blessed to be a part of 🙏

For those who know me well, it’s no secret that Cristiano Ronaldo is my favorite athlete, and not for the reasons you might think. It’s not about his fame, fortune, or even his undeniable talent. It’s because he started from nothing and, through sheer hard work, dedication, and sacrifice, became one of the greatest soccer players of all time, particularly during his legendary years at Real Madrid. Ronaldo’s journey is the ultimate embodiment of this philosophy: Dedicate yourself 100% or stop. When he joined Real Madrid, he didn’t just rely on his natural talent. He put in extra hours perfecting his game, constantly pushing his limits, even when he was already at the top. His commitment to improving, even after achieving greatness, is what set him apart. This mindset applies not only to athletes but to professional careers as well. Whether you’re striving to climb the corporate ladder, building a business, or developing new skills, the lesson is the same: give it your all. Excellence comes from dedication, persistence, and an unwavering commitment to your craft. Half-hearted efforts won’t get you far, if you’re not ready to give 100%, it might be time to rethink your approach. Cristiano’s story is a powerful reminder that success doesn’t just come only from talent, it comes from pushing yourself beyond your limits, day after day. #Dedication #HardWork #CareerGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #CristianoRonaldo #RealMadrid #Leadership #Goals #Mindset https://lnkd.in/gwD_KYE5
