We’ve officially been in business for 4 years! 🎉 It turns out that time really does fly when you’re having fun (right Olly Cooper?) In the spirit of LinkedIn, here are four (genuinely useful) things that a slightly younger Em would have needed to hear: 1. You can’t expect to get things right all the time. Pretend you’re in a laboratory, test things out and see how they stick. Learn, improve, continue. 2. Don’t expect to have all the knowledge, tools or the resources you need to succeed (especially when you haven’t done something before), but do rely on the curiosity you have to go and find those things. 3. Sleeping on it, working it out and walking it off are the best ways to deal with stressful situations. 4. Celebrate the little wins. Even if it’s just acknowledging these things in a reminder google doc. But do celebrate. Preferably with donuts. Now, Michael Kireli-Reed and I are off to scoff these donuts to celebrate my 4 years in business 🥳🍩
Yay. happy 4th year anniversary. here's to more with Kireli
Nice to read something honest and reflective rather than the usual LinkedIn guff ❤️

2mo5. Don't get too stressed in the first few weeks of starting your business, if you want to avoid getting shingles 😑
