I think we overthink this. You can send me almost any recipe and i can make it keto for you and not keto for everyone else with maybe 1 minute more work. Favourite pasta dish? Add extra meat and veggies to the sauce. Eat the sauce in a bowl. If you really want noodles make keto noodles when the regular pasta is cooking. Or feed everyone the keto noodles of no one is really picky. Burgers, skip the bun for you eat with a side salad. Pizza? Eat only the toppings. Feed the crust to the birds or the dogs. Meat and potatos? Add a side veggies like brocoli and leave the potatos for the family. When i am carnivore I make meat for the whole family and then throw fresh fruit and veggies on the plate for my kids. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but it can be hard to get a meal in during this time! This Breakfast Quesadilla recipe is simple and can be made up ahead of time to give you something simple to grab when you’re running out the door! Start by laying your tortilla on a flat surface then top with cheese and set aside. Add your oil to a skillet over medium heat and when hot, add arugula, eggs, and dry seasonings. Stir for about 30 seconds or until the egg is soft-set. Spoon the eggs on top of the tortilla then return it to the skillet to heat. Fold over the tortilla then cook for 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Make up some of these ahead of time so you can just pop them in the microwave or back on the skillet for a few minutes to warm and you’ve got a protein packed breakfast at the tip of your fingers! Check out the link in my bio to get more meals, tips, and tricks to break up that sugar craving and get back on track! #healthboost #endsugarcravings #healthjourney #newyearnewlife #makingchanges
