At Scotlynn, we're still sharing the love for all things #Asparagus with a delicious recipe combining tasty Sweetpac Asparagus, salty smoky bacon, and tangy Swiss cheese. Ingredients 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into ½-inch pieces 10 slices bacon 2 (8-inch) unbaked pie shells 1 egg white, lightly beaten 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 4 large eggs 1 ½ cups half-and-half cream ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg salt and pepper to taste Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Crumble and set aside. Saute asparagus in bacon fat into just barely tender, set aside with bacon. Brush pie shells with beaten egg white. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and asparagus into pie shells. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over bacon and asparagus. Beat eggs, half-and-half, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Pour egg mixture on top of cheese. Here's a quick recipe for delicious chicken wraps cooked in a Merrychef ConneX 12 ✨🌯 Ingredients: - 454 grams of cooked chicken breast, shredded - 1/2 cup mixed greens - 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved - 1/4 cup cucumber slices - 1 tablespoon hummus - 1 tablespoon feta cheese crumbles (optional) - 1 large flour tortilla - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix together chicken, greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. 2. Spread hummus on the tortilla, leaving a small border. Add the chicken mixture on top of the hummus. Sprinkle feta cheese crumbles if using and season with salt and pepper. 3. Roll up the wrap tightly and slice it in half. 4. Place a liner on the paddle, before placing the wrap on top of the liner. Slide the wrap on the liner into the Merrychef ConneX 12 using the paddle and close the door. 5. Select the "Wrap" cooking mode in the cookbook, and wait until the cooking cycle is complete. 6. Remove the wrap from the Merrychef ConneX 12 and serve immediately.
