Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals. Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and effectiveness. Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including Personnel, Equipment, and Materials. Ensure optimal resource management to meet operational demands and support business objectives. Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operational activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of product and service delivery. Address and resolve any compliance or quality issues promptly. Customer Service and Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure alignment between operational processes and customer expectations. Project Management: Lead and manage operational projects, including process improvements, technology implementations, and facility upgrades.
