You have the ability to access more of the energy of Source and to allow that energy to flow through you, but you often cinch off that gateway because of the reason you need the energy in the first place. Let us clarify what we mean. We are talking about instances in your life where you could use more of that flow of Source Energy that you always have access to, but instead of realizing that and accessing it, you obsess over what is the problem that you are facing. We acknowledge that there are times for you to act, however, we see more action being taken when you are disconnected, or when you feel disconnected, than when you are actually in the flow and allowing Source Energy to empower you. What you have at your disposal twenty-four hours a day is so much more than the totality of all of the resources that are on planet Earth, that are in the solar system, that are in the entire galaxy, and the entire universe. Why don’t you access Source Energy from within you when you need it the most?

As BC Conservatives support backward action that will disadvantage BC (like repealing carbon tax and Net Zero targets for new buildings in coming years…) don’t be fooled by #hydrogen and/or #RenewableNaturalGas for building heat. #DistrictEnergy thermal energy networks in Greater Vancouver alone are already producing as much green heat as can be produced from all existing RNG projects in BC as a whole.

Some recent analysis we did on the contribution of #renewablenaturalgas vs. thermal energy networks (aka #districtheating) in British Columbia. Very conservative comparisons. Spoiler alert, thermal energy networks in Greater Vancouver alone are already producing as much green heat as can be produced from all existing RNG projects in BC as a whole. And these thermal energy networks are set to produce more green heat than all contracted RNG projects in BC by 2030. This is largely the result of local leadership rather than formal provincial policy or support (and also in spite of an onerous regulatory framework in BC). We've barely scratched the potential for green heat from thermal networks in BC, although we already have some showcase projects drawing international attention. RNG is an important resource but the provincial government needs to wake up to the potential of thermal networks in #climateaction and the #energytransition. The government has also been allowing (whether intentional or not) a growing reliance on imports of RNG credits from outside BC to meet targets. This involves purchasing the environmental attributes of projects in other jurisdictions without physical delivery of RNG to BC. In contrast, thermal energy networks use local resources and create local jobs. RNG is not bad. It absolutely has a a role in the provincial energy transition, but it is a limited resource. We need more attention to other tools for the heat transition.
