The core of the system lies in the Mask R-CNN algorithm, which not only detects the presence of cars but also segments them out, allowing us to precisely delineate their boundaries. Very cool tech here from Impulse Audio Lab. So many possibilities when an OEM can create and deliver their own custom sounds in their EVs. Given many consumers' preference for "real" combustion engine sounds to keep that perception and feel of driving, OEMs can deliver on those needs using EVx2. Remove the hurdles to adoption. Well done.

DVR Implementers' Event in Regensburg: 🚚 Today I was honored to participate in the DVR Implementers' Meeting in Regensburg. My Colleague Thorsten Helbig and I had the opportunity to give an update on the MAN eTGX technology. The presentation covered the following topics: e-concept, e-drivetrain, high-voltage system, thermal management, braking system, and charging system. Afterwards, I was able to engage in an exciting discussion regarding the german e-mobility infrastructure. ⚡ The topic was met with great enthusiasm. 😊 The meeting's agenda was also very comprehensive and included: - Updates from the Practical Driving Programs Department - Publication of the study on the training and education status of emergency drivers - Planned pilot training: Participants sought for simulator-based training on emergency driving - E-mobility in the commercial vehicle sector - E-mobility in the passenger car sector - Seminar planning for 2025 - Internal practical consultations: Cross-implementation consultations It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues and discuss the latest developments in the industry. #MAN #DVR #eTruck #MANTRUCKANDBUS

Gensler and Supernal collaborated at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2024 earlier this year in Las Vegas to demonstrate the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) passenger experience and to showcase Supernal’s new AAM vehicle concept, S-A2.   Both companies are working to define the future of transportation, through electric air vehicles, ground infrastructure and other mobility concepts cities will need in the future.   CES 2024 provided a glimpse into what the public can expect when air mobility options arrive through flight simulations, projected flight routes, air traffic control simulations and robot maintenance.
