I am thrilled to share insights from an enlightening talk by X-Plora / VizitAR's CEO Mafalda Ricca, hosted by Rocket Booster's Investment Readiness Program (thanks to Tomás Caeiro for all these sessions!). 🚀 Mafalda delved deep into the challenges and strategies crucial for businesses today, particularly in ADECI Group's landscape. A couple of highlights: 🌐 Versatility in Solutions: The fine line between diversifying and diluting your brand. Mafalda emphasized the power of coherent storytelling in showcasing how your product not only spans multiple domains but also solves a variety of problems. This isn't just about offering more; it's about becoming the go-to solution, replacing the need for multiple products. 🌍 Going Global: The leap across borders is daunting, compounded by the imperative of winning customer trust. The strategy? Forge partnerships with local entities already trusted by your target market. A move that not only bridges trust but also accelerates market penetration. These advices are just the tip of the iceberg from Mafalda's tons of insights. The session was not just informative, but transformative. I'm eager to hear your thoughts or experiences on these topics! Have you faced similar challenges in your ventures? How have you navigated them?

I see more and more smart people exploring or considering entrepreneurial ventures. If you are one of them, let me give you #5reasons why you SHOULD’T register for Cohort #11 powered by MyidEA: 1. You already have the idea. Why to waste your time sharing it with experienced mentors who can challenge both you and your business model when you can keep it just to yourself? Maybe next year, you'll find the courage to present it to the world. 2. You already know everything about entrepreneurship. Founders, term sheets, ESOPs, cap tables, vesting or angel investors — are very well known subjects for you. And as for sales, PR, and press releases? You master these as well. 3. You've completed the idea stage and are already working on the implementation. Who needs support in preparing the business plan, the sales strategy, the pitch deck or speaking confidently about these in public? You have a product to build. 4. You have the MVP, few clients, and are ready for expansion. Networking with some of the most successful and smartest peer entrepreneurs and investors in the local market? You don’t need that kind of distraction. 5. Looking to boost your growth? No need to attend the #PitchDay. The most relevant VCs in the region will be there, but hey… who needs their money anyway? If I haven’t convinced you yet, I challenge you to register and prove me wrong. You can find the registration link in the first comment or in the message posted by Matei below. Ohh… don’t know Matei Dumitrescu yet? He is leading the European startup acceleration movement since 2012 and if you want to sharpen your entrepreneurial skills, there is a ton of stuff you can learn from him!
