💡 On 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆, we want to draw attention to an often missed diagnosis in people experiencing groin pain at the level of the pubic bone: the PLAC lesion. → This injury is difficult to detect, but with the right protocol, it can be identified. → On MRI, these lesions can be recognised by subtle changes in the tissue surrounding the symphysis pubis, such as oedema or irregularities in the adjacent bone and cartilage. → With the sagittal images, to be correlated with parallel images, you can recognise a (partial) rupture.
