#7 in our Power of Positivity series is getting plenty of sleep. Set a goal to get a least a solid 7 hours of sleep every night and you will find out how recharged you begin to feel. This bump in energy helps you to think clearly, and your body will feel rested so that you can face your day. There are so many different theories on sleep that we could create an entire series on it. But if you have been following along in this series, several of the tips provided will help you get more rest.
