I booked a broadband connection for installation at my flat, and it has been more than 24 hours without the connection being installed. I contacted the representative who booked my connection, and he assured me that the connection would be installed soon, stating that the setup box is already available in front of my house, making the process straightforward.
However, a few hours ago, your technician visited my place and could not locate the setup box needed to complete the installation. This contradicts what your representative, Nem Singh, previously informed me. Following this, I contacted another team member who informed me that there are insufficient ports in the area, and it will take additional time to expand the availability.
Despite my multiple calls to your booking agent requesting either resolution or cancellation of my request with a refund, no action has been taken. Furthermore, when I spoke to your customer care team, I was repeatedly asked about terms and conditions, which were never mentioned by your agent during the initial booking process. It's unacceptable that only when issues arise, your team brings up such terms, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.
I feel harassed by the lack of action and conflicting information, and I request that appropriate action be taken immediately. If your team is unable to resolve this, please let me know at once so that I can move forward without further wasting my time.
