A New Name for #HumanResources in Corporation: Time to recognise the intelligent resource of a #corporation is no longer bounded to #human. #Intelligentmachines will gradually challenge what are the best way to manage the corporate resources to deliver quality and efficient services or products. #Corporate boards and #CEOs are better to rename the #HR department to “Human and Intellectual Resources. Those who used to manage staff through knowledge of #organisationalbehaviour and #psychology should be better to understand the current state of #AI development. This is the appropriate direction to formulate #strategies to future development of resource in saving cost and improve #competitiveness. Through this application, one may understand how AI can help to do the HR work.
