We accepted the challenge of giving a super chewer our Freaky Friends! It's important for us to see how different types of dogs interact with our toys, and it's even more important for us to share with our customers so they know what to expect. "How long do these toys last?" is always the first question I get, and the answer is it depends! Fika has the same Freaky Friends we received over 3 months ago with only two torn off appendages. But a super chewer is going to rip those things off much faster. You know your dog and their play style best. So consider this when you decide if these are the right toys for them. And for some, watching their dog rip the toy to bits is part of the fun! And always remember to supervise your dog during playtime as ingested plastic stuffing or squeakers can cause intestinal blockages or choking. Watch the whole story on our latest Instagram post - https://lnkd.in/gT9efzxu #dogtoys #fikasfreakyfriends #superchewers

Did you know? 🎃 The tradition of carving pumpkins for Halloween, known as "jack-o'-lanterns," started with carving turnips in Ireland! It wasn’t until the Irish immigrants brought the tradition to America that pumpkins became the spooky season staple we know today. #GroupLivingGoals #DurableDesign #addictionsrecovery #behavioralhealthcare #mindfuldesignsolutions #normativeenvironments #furnitureconcepts #projectplanning #spookyseason

Wishing everyone a day filled with sun, food, and good company celebrating this 4th of July. Considering we're a company with a dog at the center of our brand, we'd be remiss not to mention a few friendly reminders when it comes to our furry companions this time of year. 1. Make sure to keep your pets inside. Fireworks are loud and often scary for our pets - reduce runaways by keeping them secured in your home. 2. Tired dogs are happy dogs. Try and exercise your pet so they're more relaxed and less wound up when the fireworks start going off. (If you're in an area experiencing a heat wave, try some indoor activities (like sniffing games and indoor fetch). 3. Create a safe and quiet place. Try making their kennel extra cozy by draping a throw over the top, or provide plenty of blankets to burrow. 4. Try giving them a high value treat to occupy them while the fireworks are happing. Like a new bone, or a snuffle mat to keep them busy. We hope you and your furry family stay safe, have fun, and celebrate our country proudly! P.S. Enjoy AI's take on dogs at a 4th of July barbecue!
