I am thrilled to announce that: "I had the privilege of attending a webinar led by the dynamic Engr. Ali Hassan Bhutto, Power Delivery Project Specialist, former Chairman of Sindh Skills Development Program, and Principal Engineer at PSEG New York, USA. The session was truly enlightening! Engr. Ali hassan Bhutto's energy and communication skills are simply infectious. He shared valuable insights on how to study abroad through scholarships, highlighting two types: 1. _Interlock Scholarship_: A scholarship where the funding organization has a pre-existing agreement with the host university, ensuring a guaranteed spot for the awardee. 2. _Open Scholarship_: A competitive scholarship where applicants from various universities can apply, and the awardee is selected based on merit. Engr. Ali hassan Bhutto's guidance on navigating these opportunities was invaluable. His mentorship and expertise have inspired me to explore new possibilities.
