It taught me to stop selling and start understanding. The result? I didn't just close more deals; I built relationships that lasted. Key lessons: ✅Listen twice as much as you speak ✅Understand their 'why', not just their 'what' ✅Align your solution with their deeper needs My close rate jumped 40%, but more importantly, my work became fulfilling. This week's challenge: Have one sales conversation focused purely on understanding. No pitching allowed. What's your best tip for truly connecting with prospects? #SalesTransformation #AuthenticSelling #HaloStrategy #Mondaymotivation #sales #marketing

I can 𝗚𝗔𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗘 a 𝟮𝟬-𝟯𝟬% increase in sales efficiency. 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗡𝗢 𝗖𝗔𝗣! (a little gen-z pandering😂) Did you know that studies have proven that around 30% of the sales process is spent on establishing credibility? What if I told you I could turn that 30 into 10, 5, or even ZERO? Think about how much more efficient that would make you. Think about how much time you’ll get back. Think about how much more time you get to spend on what you ❤️ about sales. Creating solutions, solving problems, and closing deals. In my sales process, I spend 5% or less on credibility. That even extends to my employees! When my team does outreach on behalf of me, they gain credibility simply by mentioning my name. I’ve spent a long time building that credibility, but you can achieve similar success and make selling easier by following my instructions in this video. #ronnellrichards #sayless #shutthehellupandsell

🔑 Sales Isn’t About Selling on the First Call – It’s About Building Trust! Sales is not a sprint; it’s a journey. 🚶♂️💼 The first call isn’t about closing the deal—it’s about asking the right questions, understanding the client’s pain points, and showing that you care about solving their problems. ✔️ Ask thoughtful questions: What challenges are they facing? What’s stopping them from achieving their goals? ✔️ Listen actively: Understand their needs instead of jumping to pitch your product. ✔️ Offer solutions: Show how you can add value and help them succeed. Every great partnership begins with understanding and empathy, not a sales pitch. 💡 Focus on being the trusted advisor they can rely on. The sales will follow naturally. What’s your go-to strategy on the first sales call? Share your thoughts below! 👇 #SalesTips #ProblemSolvers #BuildingRelationships #Sales

✨ Sales Isn’t About Talking – It’s About Listening ✨ Great salespeople don’t just pitch; they partner. The key to building trust and delivering value lies in the questions we ask and how well we listen. Instead of focusing on what we want to sell, we should uncover what the client truly needs. When we understand their goals, challenges, and aspirations, we move beyond being sales reps—we become trusted consultants. 💼 Let’s keep the conversation going: 💡 What’s the most powerful question you’ve asked a client that led to a breakthrough? #SalesAsConsultants #StrategicSelling #ListeningSkills #SalesTips #B2BSales #TrustedAdvisor #ClientSuccess #SalesGrowth #ConsultativeSelling #ValueDrivenSales #SalesStrategy

Ever felt like sales was all about closing deals? I used to too, until I realized it's so much more: it's about forging genuine connections. 💡 👂In my early sales days, I thought success was all about the pitch. But as I grew, I discovered the true power lies in listening. Understanding their needs, fears, and dreams - that's where the magic happens. 💬 Instead of selling, let's start listening. Dive deep into their world, empathize with their journey, and watch as trust blossoms. #SalesWisdom #EmpathyFirst #ListenToSucceed

Sales Insight of the Day It’s Not About Selling, It’s About Helping The most successful salespeople don’t focus on closing the deal—they focus on solving a problem. Multiply Musing: Your customer doesn't know what you do or what problems you solve. And while we are at it, the product does not sell itself. When it comes to sales - your have to: * Establish corporate credibility * Lead a prospect to a problem they don't know they have * Present them with the solution(s) you sell to solve the problem * Ask if they are trying to solve the problem you have the solution(s) for It is actually quite simple once you understand the process we built at Multiply, Inc Doing this shows why leading prospects with questions is not effective (but that is another Musing). Not everyone is a buyer but when done correctly you get these types of responses - actual screen print from a text from a Multiply prospect. #Sales #salesleadership #salesenablement #MultiplyMusing #AskMultiply

Start your next sales call with NEGATIVITY! Yes! You read that right. Leading with the Negative Can Be a Winning Strategy in Sales. Let us tell you how; In sales, we often feel the urge to start with the positives and skip over the potential downsides. But here’s the thing – acknowledging the negatives first can actually work in your favor. By starting with the less glamorous aspects, you build trust. People value transparency, and when you’re upfront about the challenges, they’re more likely to believe in the benefits. This sets the stage for a powerful contrast – when you end with the positive, it feels even more compelling. For example: “This product may not be the cheapest option out there, but what you get in return is unmatched quality and reliability that pays off in the long run.” Address objections early. Build trust. And close strong. #SalesStrategy #MarketingTips #PsychologyInSales #TrustBuilding #CustomerRelationships

5moLove this, Ersun! 👏 It's so true. Sometimes it feels like we're all so focused on pitching that we forget to listen. I always ask 'What's been your biggest hurdle with solutions you've tried?' It opens up so much insight and honestly, makes my job easier because I know exactly how to tailor my pitch. What's everyone else's go-to question?
