From September 9-12, Hurricane Francine wreaked havoc on Louisiana, leaving widespread destruction in its wake. The storm brought powerful winds, severe flooding, and damaged infrastructure across several parishes. Thousands of homes were flooded, roads became impassable, and power outages left many without basic necessities. Families were displaced, businesses were destroyed, and recovery efforts began immediately as first responders worked around the clock to assist those in need. Communities are now facing the long, daunting process of rebuilding and healing. At ERS, we are committed to supporting survivors through CDBG-DR and HUD case management services, guided by trauma-informed care. We understand that every survivor’s experience is unique, which is why we focus on training our responders to approach survivors with compassion, empathy, and effective communication. Our goal is to help guide them through their recovery process, providing the support and resources they need to rebuild their lives with dignity and care. #HurricaneFrancine #LouisianaStrong #DisasterRelief #CommunitySupport #TraumaInformedCare #SurvivorSupport #CDBGDR #HUDServices #ERSResponse #CompassionateCare #RecoveryAndRebuild #LongTermRecovery #MentalHealthSupport #ERSRecovery #TogetherWeRecover #ERS #EmpoweredRecoverySolutions #DRCA #CorporatePartnerWithASFPM #ASFPM https://lnkd.in/eF_SevNy ersolutionsco.com Michael G.
