As individuals we often don't pay conscious attention to our positive and less helpful habits, patterns of behaviours and ways of doing things. The same goes for organisations that are unaware of how ingrained ways of working, pervasive attitudes and organisational systems may be impacting the success of transformation initiatives or other organisational changes. There are three fundamental questions we explore with clients to assess the viability of any change programme: Clarity of Purpose: How clear are you on what the organisation is seeking to achieve and the value of achieving it? A well defined goal and understanding of its impact are essential to inspire buy-in and guide the direction of the change. Ease of Contribution: How easy is it for your team to contribute to the change programme? Creating accessible pathways for involvement can empower your team and ensure the programme reflects diverse insights, strengthening overall commitment. Challenge Navigation: How well do you identify and navigate challenges and conflict within the business? Identifying potential roadblocks and handling conflict proactively are key to maintaining momentum and fostering resilience.
