Here at Strativ Group we live out our core value of learning / continuous improvement 📈 Our latest initiative is the Strativ Book Club, headed up by none other than our CCO Thomas Anthony Lailey de Ville 📖 Book number 1 on the list is Atomic Habits 🧠 During my morning read (well, listen whilst on the treadmill) I came across this gem: 'outcomes are a lagging measure of your inputs' Although, being in business, we are in a results-driven industry, it's crucial we recognize just how pivotal the process is. After all, the outcomes are just a natural consequence of consistent, intentional, efforts over time. 💡💪 Loving Atomic Habits so far! But, looking ahead, what should book number 2 be for the Strativ Book Club? Comment below 👇

So I started writing in my blog about quality topics in March. I'm super interested in helping people discover quality. As a quality professional my driving purpose is to improve the output of the systems I work within. On the way to learning to do this well I've picked up a bunch of tools. I want to give you those tools. So I'm writing like crazy. My blog has three sections. The main page for everything. Where to start. Success stories. Where to start is for readers who want to find some foundational ideas and tools to get started with quality. You just started a business and you aren't sure what tools will work for you. I'm constantly parking new ideas there. Some simple, some complex. All of them will help. Success stories are all about success in the application of the tools I write about. Optimizing system efficiency. Making the management review meeting work for you. Using process maps to figure out new solutions. The main page gets whatever I can't decide fits in the other two. No matter what you're looking for in quality, you'll find some value by giving it a look. And if you do find something you like, drop me a comment here or there. Thanks. #blog #quality #startsomewhere #paperneckbottleworks #learning #helppeople #casestudy #success https://lnkd.in/gbFVEazi
