🎃 ℍ𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕠𝕨𝕖𝕖𝕟 🎃 We know, of course, that there are no evil spirits to be banished. This, however, does not hinder us from celebrating this originally Celtic tradition: Together with friends, we will enjoy dinner under the glow of dim candlelight, banishing the spirits of darkness and gloomy autumn mood. One or more bottles of bat blood potion (also known as red wine) will sigh out their souls 🦇 Who would now argue that #Halloween is only meant for kids?

With #halloween approaching, it's crucial to consider that what may be scary fun for us can be overwhelming for little ones. Here are a few #parentingtips to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience: - Listen to their fears and concerns. - Acknowledge that masks, costumes, and navigating in the dark can be intimidating. - Provide alternative ways to participate in the festivities. - Avoid jump scares and graphic images to prevent unnecessary fright. - Don't fret about bedtime rules; allow them to savor staying up 30 minutes later and indulge in a treat—it's just one night. - Play a Moshi Kids kid-friendly & non-scary bedtime story. They will be dreaming of sweets in no time. #Parenting #HalloweenTips #moshikids

On Halloween, you get to wear a real mask, a comic one, an obvious one, and not just the emotional one most of us put on for other holidays. If we agree to define major holidays by the following criteria—1. How many decorations are bought by households of all social strata; 2. how many unusual food items are consumed; and 3. how many non-immediate-family members must be dealt with in a friendly manner—it becomes obvious that Halloween wins on all counts. #halloween #Halloweenquotes #whyHalloweenisbest #halloweenholiday #halloweenfun #whyloveHalloween #funnyHalloween https://lnkd.in/evzDjvBD

Things are getting spooky… 👻 With only one month to go until Halloween, we wanted to share some ideas to inspire your upcoming festivities. When it comes to Halloween, we typically think of pumpkins and trick-or-treating, but there are plenty of other avenues to explore. Whether you’re planning a party for adults or children, the key is to really embrace the theme; more is more, and it’s almost impossible to go over the top. Here are a few suggestions to make it a night to remember: 🎃 Choose a theme, but make it spooky. For example, think Bridgerton, but make it creepy - or - Hollywood Glam with a twist of the paranormal. 🎃 Make novelty blood or poison-themed cocktails, served in a cauldron for added effect. 🎃 Incorporate a murder mystery game into a sophisticated dinner party. 🎃 Introduce some fun competitions and award prizes, for example, the best-carved pumpkin, or the best (or most scarily!) dressed. #inspiredoccasions #weddingplanner #eventplanner #weddingcoordinator #eventcoordinator #halloween2024 #halloweenparty #halloweenpartyideas

Today is Halloween, but is it your thing? It’s one of those ‘marmite’ festivals that people seem to love or hate. There is no denying that the kids love it – well, what 6-year-old doesn’t want a bucketful of sweets? And dressing up in scary costumes; that’s a bit of fun, too. By the 1920s, the Halloween tradition had become a recognised holiday in the US with parades and parties; it wasn’t long before we inherited the custom of dressing up and trick-or-treating. The event now brings in so much revenue that it has become the third biggest money-spinning event in the UK calendar after Christmas and Easter. However, there is still debate about where Halloween (also known as All Hallows Eve) originated. Some swear that this date, traditionally dedicated to remembering the dead, started as a Christian ceremony and was celebrated in Ireland and Scotland long before it was introduced to America. It’s undoubtedly a topic of debate…but we aren’t getting involved in all that. We are just here for the treats! #trickortreat #ghostsandghouls #halloween #scarynight #traditions #halloweentraditions #loveorhate #cambridge #cambridgeestateagent #property

The Haunting of Payroll Hall🏰 One dark and stormy payroll night, Finley, the global payroll manager of a business we simply cannot mention, felt an icy chill creep through the office. All seemed calm—until the clock struck midnight... Suddenly, errors began appearing in payroll files across every country: missing numbers, decimal points out of place, and payments vanishing without a trace (Spoooooky)... As if cursed, employees all over the world began to complain of wages unpaid, taxes miscalculated, and benefits mysteriously missing. Fines loomed from international tax authorities, and Finley was haunted by an endless stream of error messages.
