Last week, we had the opportunity to attend a discussion about the success stories of Bioarray Genetic Diagnosis and Mondraker in #internationalization. Andrés Antón Salas, CEO of Bioarray, and Miguel Pina, Brand Manager of Mondraker, shared insights into the challenges, setbacks, and triumphs their companies experienced on their journey to becoming industry leaders. Fernando Laviña Richi, Head of Digital Commerce at IMEX Impulso-Exterior, moderated a thought-provoking debate, highlighting several key elements that contributed to these companies' #success: 1. A clear #strategic vision 2. Strong #branding 3. #Innovative products or processes to differentiate their offerings from competitors 3.
