It's Women in Data®'s 10th birthday and we're proud to celebrate their awesome work and our partnership. 🥳 We’ve built a strong network of female colleagues and allies in data roles across our business, and we’re excited to continue championing women in data roles to help shape change across the industry. Our colleagues in Reigate marked the occasion in style this week, with thanks to Roisin McCarthy and the team at Women in Data for supplying the birthday cake and party pack to kick-off the celebrations. 🎂 #WomenInData #WiDWeek #GenderParity #Data #Inclusion

There is no such thing as a "woman who doesn't work", there is only a "woman who isn't paid for her work." Thank you, Caroline Criado Perez, for bringing this to light in the most elegant way backed by data. Highly recommend the "Invisible Women" book to everyone in my network regardless of their gender and profession. Let me know your thoughts after you read the book 📖. #genderbias #datagaps #datadrivendesign #datadrivendecisions #womenindata

“Women have the right to be executives, mothers, or choose not to be mothers, and still be seen as equal.” - 💡 Hang Black As women in tech, we stand by these powerful words from Hang Black, Head of Global Revenue Enablement at Nutanix. The freedom to choose our paths, whether it be in the boardroom, at home, or both, should never come at the expense of being valued equally. We believe in creating a world where women are empowered to make choices that suit their lives, while being respected for their contributions to society, no matter what path they choose. At Women in Tech for Harris, we are committed to supporting leadership that recognizes and upholds equality in all its forms. Kamala Harris has been a steadfast advocate for gender equity, and we believe her vision will pave the way for a future where all women can thrive, both personally and professionally. Join us in building a more equitable future by supporting Kamala Harris in 2024. Together, we can make equality the standard, not the exception. #WomenInTech #EqualityForAll #Kamala2024 #GenderEquity #LeadershipForChange
