This diagram 'labels' "'Axis', 'Axis' and 'Axis i.e. axial plane' + old; / young". Sadly NONE of the labels are in fact scientifically accurate. I would have hoped the EGU would have wished to heck so that only correct information is transferred. The terns should be older and younger or oldest and youngest (but not in the positions shown BUT most worrying and disharmonious:- Axis is not the same as axial plane. Axis is a single straight line and what is show are axial planes - It seems I am doomed to find geological mistakes everywhere and my quest to stamp out sloppy science is urgently needed. Could someone from @EGU please contact me - I am trying to help keep published geological information valid
