2wI remember a situation (in my hospital career of the past) of a term baby who had received 12 heelprick tests for bloodsugar instability in his first 24 hours earthside. I was to see the mother as a lactation consultant for a non-attaching baby. 🤔 The heels were bruised & I submitted an incident report together with the incharge midwife. I was unable to follow it up.
