This plant is where all our CCL post-tensioning wedges and equipment are manufactured. This cutting-edge technology transforms waste steel into compact steel pucks, simultaneously filtering and recycling excess oil. Here's how it’s making a difference: 🔧 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: The machine compresses waste steel into pucks, reducing the volume of steel waste and minimising skip usage. This translates to fewer disposals and a lower carbon footprint. ♻️ 𝗢𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Extracted oil is meticulously filtered and reused across all our factory machines without compromising performance. Find out more in our full case study: https://lnkd.in/eDU-8NPE We designed a solution for a waste disposal and recycling facility that would help reduce fly ingress in their picking room, which is equipped with a central conveyor belt, where employees continuously remove unwanted items. The room has two uncovered windows, allowing flies to enter freely.
