What’s that got to do with email signatures? Absolutely nothing! But it does explain why I’ve let my razor rest this month - Movember. As Movember comes to an end, I wanted to take over Exclaimer’s LinkedIn to reflect on what this campaign has meant to us as a team. Movember isn’t just about growing moustaches; it’s about raising awareness for men’s health, including mental health, and taking action to make a difference. At Exclaimer, we didn’t just raise awareness - we also raised money for charity to support this incredible cause. It’s been amazing to see how much we can achieve when we come together for something so important. On a personal level, this campaign means a lot to me. I’ve dealt with my own struggles with anxiety and have supported others with theirs. These experiences have taught me how powerful it can be to speak up and feel supported. The best advice I’ve ever been given? Speak to people. You’re not alone. No emotion lasts forever - good or bad - but how you deal with them matters. And there’s always someone who cares. Movember might be wrapping up, but the conversation shouldn’t. At Exclaimer, we’re committed to creating a workplace where mental health is a priority and where people feel safe to ask for help.
