Second time in Vilnius this year to meet with our European crew, well worth the time! Ever been to events or meetings that seem a waste of time or money, or both? Boring, long, irrelevant?  We've had those too. But through trial and error, I think we have figured out how to have great meetings that actually get results. What has been working for us? Here are some ingredients to try 🎃Some motivation: Thank you Laurynas Baublys and Eimantas Verenius for participating and sharing your journey with us! 🎃Technical parts on how to get better at your profession: We focused on the first steps of the sales cycle- setting and running meetings effectively.  🎃Real practice time: Role plays are very eye opening, and we actually take time to practice different sales situations with each other. 🎃Live reach session: Getting some real life sales calls done while we are together. 🎃And of course, some fun bonding time together with the team.  Thanks for everyone for being part in it! This year’s highly anticipated adesso annual sales event Gänseessen 2024 was held in a warm and festive setting in Dortmund, where adessi gathered for an unforgettable evening of Gänseessen - a traditional goose dinner. The main focus of the evening was to reflect on the successes and challenges of the past year. More than 400 international sales adessi came together to review the numbers from 2024, discussing key achievements, areas for improvement, and overall performance. It was a valuable opportunity to share insights, celebrate milestones, and identify the steps needed to reach even higher goals in the year ahead. For adesso Bulgaria this was a valuable opportunity to meet our partners in person and to get a deeper insight into the international business of our company. As the evening progressed, the conversation turned toward the future -specifically, setting ambitious but achievable targets for 2025. The Gänseessen dinner wasn’t just a chance to talk numbers - it was a reminder of the strength and cohesion of our team. Sharing this special meal together helped reinforce the bonds between us, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose as we look ahead to a promising year for adesso and our business.
