When you are fresher looking for a job in Dubai, keep your salary expectations realistic. At the same time don't settle for less. Some fresher assume they will get AED 8000 as their first job in Dubai, but it is very unlikely. The average salary in Dubai for freshers is around AED 2000 to AED 5000. Some companies offer less than this average Dubai salary also, but I recommend you don't settle for it. Some companies offer a salary to freshers more than this average number, take it. Accept a Dubai offer letter when you know the salary you are getting will fulfill your needs of traveling, accommodation, grocery, and other living needs. Everyone has different requirements some may settle for 2 sharing room accommodations and some may want a personal flat. So, do your research analyze your needs, and accept a salary likewise. Some factors to consider while salary negotiation are Your skills and knowledge Education background Experience  Job Industry Salary standards Company type, etc Be wise and negotiate your salary well. #Dubaijobsalary #salaryinDubai #Dubaisalarynegotiationtips #salarynegotiationstips #Dubaijobs #JobsinDubai #Learnwithfaiz

for any educated person here who accept 2000 as starting "average" salary, i don't know where are you from, but let me make simple breakdown of cheapest living cost here: 1. food ( cheapest biryani ) 15 AED x 2 meal daily = 900 monthly 2. accommodation ( ultra cheapest option ) bed space with shared bathroom with 6-8 people living in bunk bed ) : 550 3. Transport ( 1 single tap for metro = 8 dhs ) means for 22 working days you should allocate at least 352 4. personal hygiene/toiletries (Soap, shampoo, toothpaste and deodorant) lets say 80-100 monthly at least. or you can skip it if you don't mind entire metro being poisoned by your body odor. now your so called "average fresher salary" start from 2000 AED total living cost : 900+550+352+100 dirhams = 1902 DIRHAMS keep in mind : i didn't count emergency cost, i didn't count taxi if you need to work late, no medicine (assuming you will never sick) assuming you skip breakfast forever. No mobile phone No ticket to go to your country if some emergency happened. and you dont buy anything else. clothes, cofee, tea, etc. nothing. and forget about relationship. marriage? haha. 2000-1902 = 98 THATS YOUR REAL SALARY. 98 DIRHAMS you are the problem. you CHOOSE to be paid low.

The only one not realistic is you saying 2000-5000 AED is a fair salary for a fresher, while knowing that this salary range is not even enough for the expenses. Okay he is not experienced but still hebis a human being. Still he have expenses and some freshers have loans or other responsibilities. Just stop advertising and normalizing whats wrong happening. Instead fight it back, you as an experienced person expected to work forward to enhance the opportunities coming for freshers or next generation instead of brainwashing them to be slaves. Speak good otherwise keep silent. Some posts on LinkedIn can be really frustrating.

That’s true, and there are some ‘unwritten rules’ regarding the salary for freshers depending on their nationality and passport. For instance: If you’re a fresher from Asia (South/West Asia) - 2,000 to 3,000 Asia (East and CIS) - 3,000 to 5,000 Europe and the U.S. - 7,000 and above

Quote - "Keep your salary expectations realistic". I am not sure why ? My daughter is undertaking a Law Degree over 4 years after graduating High School as a very bright kid. She now has signed up for an AUS$130K debt ++. Why on earth would she not be chasing maximum salary in any country when she graduates ?? You want her, you pay what she wants or somebody else will. Yours is a very narrow minded viewpoint ................

It's crucial to factor in the cost of living when evaluating salaries, especially in a city like Dubai. Trying to survive on 2000 AED per month would be incredibly challenging given the high costs of housing, food, transportation, Generally, many would agree that earning less than 5000 AED makes it difficult to maintain a decent standard of living in Dubai. When considering a move abroad, it's important that your quality of life improves rather than worsens; otherwise, staying in your current location might be more practical. WAKE UP !

I am an experienced professional writer, and my previous company, which was my first employer in UAE, paid me two times less than the market. As freshers in a country flooded with skilled and unskilled workforces, we have to make these settlements. No experienced professionals will refer you even after witnessing your profile and portfolio.

Before addressing salary, many individuals find themselves not being shortlisted even after applying to over 100 jobs. This situation raises suspicions that some job postings may not be genuine, and that companies may prioritize hiring relatives and friends. Regarding salary, it varies significantly depending on the company. Smaller companies often offer lower pay, citing reasons such as 'lack of UAE experience' which may seem unfounded. Professionals with over 5 years of experience are sometimes offered salaries ranging from 5,000 to 9,000 per month. Despite these lower figures, many feel compelled to accept these offers due to the challenging economic conditions in this city where unemployment is a serious concern
