What is the Definition of Fresher ? #Fresher #Doctor is a person who has completed his or her Medicine study and after finishing the house job straight landed in #Dubai . But on the other hand if a #Doctor having two or three or more experience they are not fresher any more they are "Experienced Doctors" in their relevant filed from their respective countries please know that they are not #Fresher Secondly this is totally a cooperate phrase spread by the Employers that if you do not have #Dubai working experience you are fresher . 2-5k is absolutely appalling as a salary, it’s disgraceful that companies think they can offer this and get the best out of people. I guess that’s the problem, they won’t get the best and the company will eventually suffer. The sooner these unethical practices are shut down, the better.
Very important is Driving licence in Dubai, land you in any job, Education and skills doesn't matter or they are just secondary.

1wForget about expecting a salary, HR's in Dubai are not even ready to give an opportunity who has experience in relevant field. They need someone who has experience from dubai. How will we get an opportunity when no one hires us? For the one's who has no reference, are they not liable to work abroad. I have all the relevant experience to manage team, product and process but got so many rejection just because I don't have an experience from UAE! Isn't that unfair
