How can we build supportive environments for teachers? In countries like Nigeria where teachers often face very high workloads, the need for support and collaborations can never be overstated. Did I mention that they are also some of the least paid professionals in the country? This means that they always have second and sometimes third jobs. I wish governments and educational managers prioritized enabling environments for sustainable education via Empowering teachers. I wish teachers had the resources to support one other and collaborate on making learning have greater impact especially in crisis prone, low resource communities. I wish that teachers' remuneration are adequate and enables them to focus on the task of building future leaders. But wishes are not horses. 🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿

Achievement is meaaured by many tools, many more than just an ACT score.
