Nice way to start 2025 - we are certified 🥇 Yeah, so this happened in the beginning of the year: We have successfully managed to achieve the ‘Great Place to Work’ certification for all Alpiq locations. Nice way to start 2025. I personally see this as an important milestone on our culture journey that started back in 2021. A confirmation of sorts that we are on the right path. And who doesn’t like some sort of confirmation once in a while, right? Starting any journey often begins with a vague idea of the destination. A place you want to reach. Yet so much about the path itself remains unclear. Along the way, I’ve found myself grappling with uncertainties: Is this really working? Are we on the right track? Does any of this even make sense? This doubt feels especially pronounced with initiatives aimed at transforming company culture. The voices of skepticism are often the loudest. And as someone who struggles at times to tune out those voices, they can easily throw me off balance. But before I knew the term "Secure Base Leadership”, I found energy and encouragement in safe spaces. Safe environments where I felt supported and free to take risks without fear of judgment or failure. These trust-filled foundations allowed me to navigate challenges more effectively. And they gave me the courage to keep going. And so I’ve been fortunate to encounter exceptional people along the way, who have inspired and guided me on this journey of growth and self-discovery. Huge thanks to you Rolf Baumgartner Antje Kanngiesser Rev. Dr. Susan Goldsworthy OLY, to just name a few. ✨They consistently created a space for me to bring out my whole self. ✨They helped me believe in my worth and recognize my ability to contribute meaningfully to those around me. ✨They gave me the courage to confront the unknown, overcome my limitations, and embrace new possibilities. For me, this is what drives my commitment to Secure Base Leadership Alpiq. For me, it’s not just a leadership concept - it’s an invitation for everyone to take responsibility, show ambition, grow, and dance against the edges. Working in such an environment isn’t just more productive; it’s also infinitely more rewarding and enjoyable. And what’s more, we ensure that we stay innovative and successful as a company in the years to come. Over the course of 2025, some of my secure bases, the fantastic SBL ambassadors and coaches, will share their own thoughts and feelings on this coaching-centric leadership style and how they see and practice it in their day-to-day. 🚀 6 months at Campana & Schott – Time for a recap! 🚀 🛫 Onboarding The Start-up Camp was the perfect introduction to the CS culture, packed with valuable tips and opportunities to meet new colleagues. The buddy program was especially helpful in answering all my questions along the way. Huge thanks to my senior buddy Stanislav Kronin and my team lead Christian Kerkmann for making me feel so welcome at CS and within our team! 🙌 Team Spirit & Events CS truly excels at creating opportunities to connect and grow as a team. Some highlights include our PU PTM team trip to Munich, where we hiked, quizzed, and bonded, as well as the unforgettable CS trip to Sibenik, Croatia—four days of rafting, relaxing, and building connections. 👩💻 Personal Growth & Project Experience Campana & Schott provides opportunities to shape not just your career but also the future direction of the company. Being part of the innovation pillar in our business unit has allowed me to contribute fresh ideas on what the project management of tomorrow could look like. Working as a PMO on a project for a B2B travel management platform has given me hands-on experience, including my first direct customer experience as a consultant. 2024 Wrap-up: A Seasonal Theme ⛱️ As 2024 comes to a close, I find myself look back on this year through a seasonal lens 🔎 (trying to be creative here 😅). It’s been a journey of growth, resilience, and incredible opportunities—and LinkedIn has been a big part of it, helping me connect with many cool people and learn along the way. So here it is, my year in seasons: ☃️ Winter My winter began at the start of the year when I decided to take a career break. For anyone who has been through this, you’ll understand how challenging it can be—facing yourself, your doubts, and the weight of being your own harshest critic. During this time, I learned to focus on myself and celebrate my personal achievements. I pushed myself to try new things, like signing up for a 10K run, which I still do at least once a month. The biggest lesson from this season? Confidence is everything, and only you have the power to build it within yourself. 🌸 Spring Spring brought new opportunities, and I’m proud to say I found the best one. Joining NFQ was a major milestone in my career, and it’s been a joyful journey. This opportunity reignited my passion for challenges and reminded me how much I thrive in dynamic, ambitious environments. ☀️ Summer Summer was so much fun, it's a season of growth through connection. I embraced the Bangkok business community, diving headfirst into networking. Though it was intimidating at first, I soon discovered that these connections weren’t just professional—they became friends who genuinely wanted to help and guide me. Networking has since become less daunting and more rewarding, opening my eyes to Bangkok’s vibrant business scene and the endless possibilities it holds. 🍂 Autumn As the year winds down, I’m filled with optimism and excitement for what’s ahead. After nearly a year with NFQ, I feel ready to lead our team toward new heights in 2025. I believe in the incredible talent of our team and the strong support system within the NFQ Group.
