Lebanon is facing an unthinkable catastrophe — a nation is being systematically erased, its people subjected to mass extermination. Where are the voices of the world? Where are the human rights defenders? Where are the Muslims as mosques are reduced to rubble in Lebanon? Where are the doctors and nurses as hospitals, ambulances, and aid workers are being bombed, leaving the wounded to die without help? Where is the international community while Israel rains down banned explosives on innocent civilians? How can you remain silent in the face of such horror? The world must not turn its back on the people of Lebanon. Your silence is complicity. This is not just an attack on a country. It is an attack on humanity itself. If you believe in justice, in life, and in human dignity, now is the time to stand up and be counted. Do something before it’s too late. #SaveLebanon #StopTheGenocide #LebanonUnderAttack #HumanRightsForAll #ActNow #GlobalResponsibility

The ongoing violence in Northern Gaza by Israel, where the devastating impact on women and children is tragically evident. The narrative that this campaign targets the Occupation Resistance Force (Hamas), while effectively justifying the loss of innocent lives, is increasingly seen as a facade for territorial expansion. The recent atrocities perpetrated against civilians, including journalists, UN workers, and medical professionals, paint a grim picture of a society where power has eclipsed humanity. This cycle of violence is not isolated to Gaza; similar actions are reported in Southern Lebanon, raising alarm about a broader pattern of disregard for human rights by Israel. It is disheartening to see nations like the USA and UK supporting these actions, turning a blind eye to the suffering inflicted on countless innocents. This complicity only exacerbates the tragedy unfolding in the region. For a people that survive the Nazis holocaust, it is unbelievable that Israel can be this wicked. how different are they from the Nazis? We must not remain silent. It is imperative that we call for accountability and justice. I urge you to raise awareness, advocate for those affected, and support efforts aimed at restoring peace and dignity to all individuals caught in this conflict. Let us come together to amplify our voices against these injustices. #InternationalCriminalCourt #UnitedNations #USA #UK

We don’t know who killed Pascal Sleiman. But what we know is that we will believe the official version only when a transparent investigation is out. That even if it turns out not be political, there are sadly, many reasons to consider this scenario today. What we know is that nine months ago, a similar assassination happened, when Elias Hasrouni was killed in the South. That Mounir Abou Rjeily, Lokman Slim, Joe Bejjani were the last ones to be killed following this same pattern. That no investigation was ever done let alone made public. What we know is that, as long as there are weapons out of control and no judiciary, people will always find a reason to react this way. As long as there are actors hindering the state, those assassinations will happen - just like they always did in the modern history of Lebanon. Meanwhile, beating Syrian refugees is not an answer. The only answer to this is not revenge, nor religious strife. It is the rule of law.

Today, we mourn the tragic loss of Dina Darwich, a dedicated UNHCR employee, and her young son, who were killed when their home was struck by an Israeli missile. For 12 years, Dina tirelessly supported vulnerable communities in Lebanon, embodying the spirit of humanitarian aid. Her commitment to helping those in need will always be remembered. This heartbreaking incident highlights a grim reality: the people targeted are not only those affiliated with political factions but also innocent women, children, and humanitarian workers striving to make a difference. As we reflect on this tragedy, let us remember that behind every statistic is a story, a family, and a community that suffers. The violence in Lebanon affects us all, and it is vital that we stand in solidarity with those who continue to face unimaginable hardships. Our hearts go out to Dina’s family and all those impacted by this senseless violence. We must advocate for peace and protection for every individual, regardless of their background. #HumanRights #HumanitarianAid #Lebanon #UNHCR #Peace #Solidarity #Empathy #StopTheViolence #ProtectCivilians #InnocentLives #Advocacy #Compassion #Justice #PeaceBuilding #Refugees #WarCrimes #EndViolence #CrisisResponse #SupportHumanRights #CommunitySupport #NonProfit #SocialJustice #GlobalAwareness #Humanity #Protection #WomenEmpowerment #ChildProtection #CiviliansInConflict #SpeakOut #TogetherForPeace #AccessToJustice

One year on in Gaza and the Palestinian people are still suffering brutal bombardment, displacement and war crimes amounting to genocide at the hands of Israel, with backing from the US and UK. Israel has killed, at least, 41,909 people - that's 1 out of every 55 people in Gaza in the last year alone. Almost 17,000 children killed, with over 19,000 more orphaned. Hospitals, schools and civilian objects have been deliberately targeted. At least 986 medics and 175 media workers killed. 7 mass graves have been uncovered. 96% face lack of food and adequate access to water. And the list goes on. These are just some of the truly horrific crimes committed by Israel in the last year. Over decades the illegal occupation of Palestine has been left unchallenged and the international community has allowed this genocide to unfold with absolute impunity, even providing aid to Israel as they continue their violence, and destabilisation of the region. Keir Starmer and the labour government yesterday said they will not stop arming Israel - even in the face of all this, in the face of the staggering scale of the killing and destruction in Gaza, and now the invasion of Lebanon. But we will not stop our legal fight to end all arms exports to Israel and we are exploring criminal accountability for individuals within government. More than 100 Palestinians have been killed and dozens wounded in an Israeli airstrike on a school sheltering displaced people in Gaza City, according to local officials. The attack targeted al-Tabin school in the Daraj district on Saturday, with Gaza’s civil defense agency describing it as a "horrific massacre." The strike involved three bombs, each weighing 2,000 pounds (907 kg), according to Ismail al-Thawabta, head of Gaza’s Government Media Office. The bombs hit while people were performing morning prayers, igniting a fire that swept through the building. Among the dead are women, children, and the elderly, and the death toll is expected to rise. Al-Thawabta emphasized that Israel was fully aware of the presence of displaced people inside the school, highlighting the deliberate nature of this brutal attack. This atrocity underscores the ongoing war crimes and acts of genocide committed by Israel against the Palestinian population in Gaza. #IsraeliWarCrimes #GazaGenocide #IsraeliTerrorism #HumanRightsViolation #BreaktheSilence #Accountability #WarCriminal #InternationalCourtofJustice #InternationalCriminalCourt #UnitedNations #WarOnGaza #HumanRightsViolations #InternationalLaw #IsraeliApartheid #Justice #GazaUnderAttack #StoptheGenocide #CeaseFireNow #AllEyesonRafah #GlobalPeaceSummit
