This article highlights an essential shift in perspective that resonates deeply with both creative problem-solving and leadership. The idea that altering our visual framework can lead to a fundamental change in how we think reminds me of how crucial it is for leaders to embrace multiple viewpoints—whether it’s through design thinking, user experience, or even heart-centered leadership. When we challenge ourselves to look at the world from different angles, we open up space for empathy, innovation, and meaningful transformation. A very insightful read I'd recommend!

Self reflection for 5-10 minutes helps the brain to being to the table ideas that you could not have thought about if you have back to back meetings. I found it useful to put them as one of the points of meeting minutes afterwards for others to see as well. But in general to #change the way I think Harvard Business Review I had to sacrifice productivity for a bit before getting back to efficiency, dealing with #Asana after retrospective on the most challenging meeting or client's feedback. I usually ask myself "What could I have done better? What question (or research) could help me understand my client better? Did I forget anything and why?

Want to drive social change or solve a business problem? Start by changing the way you see the world and the lens you look through. Professor Adam Brandenburger shares insights on how, "looking at the familiar in an unfamiliar way," can help spark new ways of thinking and innovative problem solving. Just because we have always done things a certain way, doesn't mean it's the best way. #socialimpact #innovation #change

🔎 "Look at what is right in front of us, but look in a way that escapes most people." 🔎 "To observe, you must learn to separate situation from interpretation, yourself from what you are seeing.” A useful reminder for us in the creative industry - oftentimes we try to come up with groundbreaking ideas to invent something entirely new, but we overlook the potential of what's already here. Creativity can stem from reimagining your brand, products and offerings, then connecting them to your audience in a fresh, meaningful way. It's about shedding new light on the ordinary to foster the extraordinary, which still resonates with your audience. Start defamiliarising with the familiar, pay attention to the details and base your creativity on insights. #creativity #content #contentmarketing #contentmarketingagency #creativeagency #insights
