My team just set an all-time record 🥳 (most closed/wons in a month) 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱: 1. Hired amazing AEs. They're super sharp, extremely competitive and incredibly caring people. Every time I watch a call or have a conversation I always leave it feeling super energized and inspired. 2. World class managers. Man, hard to put into words just how much I appreciate our leadership team. The amount of work they put into coaching their teams and improving our business can not be understated. 3. Fighting for every deal. Doesn't matter the size we give it our absolute all and spend the time to provide the best possible experience for every single business we speak to. 4. Our global team. One of Deel's fundamental differentiators is that we started globally (and fully remote) from day 1. We built all of our own infrastructure in 120+ countries and have our own talent (HR, legal, payroll, operations, support, etc) in every single country that we operate in. Providing hands down the best customer experience. 5. The best product. By starting global from day 1 our product was built with global teams in mind from day 1.
