Charisma is important. A transformational leader needs charisma. Even experts are proposing to prioritize wildlife conservative efforts on charismatic species! 😲 I like the simplistic “definition” of charismatic: "If the reaction to seeing one is 'wow' or 'aw' or 'cute', it is charismatic."
