The AMF pneumatically operated non pressure compensated (aka Standard) Bottom Valve, functions as a primary valve, and is used for specifically for top loading applications. As regulated, the valve is manufactured with a shear-off groove on the main body. Should the road tanker or the valve be affected by severe impact, the sealing capability will remain in place, thereby preventing any product leakage. Additionally, the valve can be opened by external mechanical means in the event of a pneumatic failure. Fitted with PTFE encapsulated O-rings this valve is compatible with a wide range of products.

Performance characteristics 👇 1. 👍 Excellent corrosion resistance: This is the most prominent feature of steel-lined PTFE storage tanks, enabling them to be widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, power, and semiconductor for storing various highly corrosive media. 2. 👍 Good heat resistance: It can be used normally in a relatively wide temperature range and generally can withstand temperatures from -60°C to 200°C. In a high-temperature environment, the PTFE lining can still maintain good performance without softening or deformation. 3. 👍 High mechanical strength: The steel shell provides high mechanical strength for the storage tank, capable of withstanding large pressures and weights, ensuring the safe operation of the storage tank. Lining of piping, rection vessels, storage tanks and other fluid-handling components (e.g., flowmeters, sampling tubes) which would come in repeated and prolonged contact with aggressive chemicals. Use of Everflon™ fluoropolymers prevents corrosion and leakage and extends the lifetime of equipment. For example, unlined metal piping carrying acidic fluids can only last a couple of months, while a fluoropolymer lining can extend that lifetime to more than 20 years. Direct acting pressure relief #valve #sealring is a key component for sealing pressure relief valves. Yesterday while i was reading a Bearing Failure case study article published on this platform for a deep groove ball bearing 6330M confirming the failure is due to false brinelling and was wondering myself with a simple question How can a POINT CONTACT ball bearing generate a LINE Contact false brinelling towards one side in axial direction when DGBB is not designed to take axial load in any direction?
