These things are fine, but I don't understand LinkedIn , especially since girls have turned it into Instagram . Later, they complain that LinkedIn has become a dating app. Why wouldn't it become one when people post Instagram-style pictures here? There's no proper post; they just put up their pictures with some random caption. The point of LinkedIn is to use it for the purpose it was made for. Companies also play tricks to increase their reach, impressions, and followers, especially HR people and others. They post pictures and #fake job offers, but don't share any real #achievements of the company. They don't tell us about the #milestones they have achieved or how they are progressing. They don't show how they are behaving well with their employees. They #earn in dollars and then throw a #mango party to make it look like they are giving two months' salary in advance. #linkedin #follow #hit #repost #jobs

Happy Chanukah night #5 Night #5 teaches a powerful lesson. For the first time during Chanukah, more candles are lit than left unlit, symbolizing the tipping point of light over darkness. People often describe a difficult period in their lives as a dark time. If only moving from times of darkness to times of light was as easy as flicking a switch!!. Chanukah teaches us that bringing light into our lives is a process. It starts with a small single flame, a moment of inspiration or a good resolution which we action. Even this baby step helps, as the Talmud says, a little light chases away much darkness, but we must do more. On each day of Chanukah, we build on the previous day by adding an extra flame. So too, each day, we reflect on our progress and take the next step toward wellness. May the flames of Chanukah illuminate all our lives and the world around us and bring much-needed peace. https://lnkd.in/ewSTTA-b
