I started out this business following the knowledge that some people are more malevolent than others, thankfully I still hold onto the belief that the vast majority of people are good however, 58% of #housekeepers working in the #hospitality industry encounter harassment and violence at work. HaloSOS we are here to help prevent that from happening in the first place and if it does to reduce the impact, which we have done so successfully in the past #rippleofeffect. But the landscape that was once very familiar and safe to me in the past is changing, and we need to at least consider "what if" - and what is the least we can do to prepare to protect staff, guests and customers in a serious event. #europe #safety #terrorism #riots #crisis
