On #WorldMentalHealth Day, it’s important to remember that mental health isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity, especially during our busiest moments. Many of us have already embraced self-care basics like taking breaks, staying hydrated, and setting boundaries. But one practice that has truly transformed my approach to mental well-being is #Cognitive #Restructuring. By actively tuning into your internal dialogue, you can catch stressful or negative thoughts and reframe them into more balanced, constructive perspectives. This simple shift can reduce anxiety and build resilience, making it a game-changer for managing stress. Mental health is a journey, not a destination. What’s one mental health strategy that’s been a game-changer for you? #MentalHealthAtWork #Wellbeing #MentalHealth

#WorldMentalHealthDay! #YouAreNotAlone Most people take mental health much more lightly than physical health. You go to the gym and the salon to maintain a good appearance and to consult various doctors when it comes to physical health, which is also important. Today, let us understand how vital mental health is for you. Human mentality controls everything within yourself, whether you want to agree or not. Your actions, thoughts, courage, enthusiasm, and even physical strength are all influenced by your mental function. Your mentality defines what sort of messages should be sent to your brain to initiate the functions you desire. In the current world, we are not able to achieve a proper “work-life balance” on a daily basis. We are all in a race, pursuing success in a highly competitive environment. Let me share what I do to keep my mental health in check: 1. Take a break every 3 to 4 months where you can completely disconnect from all distractions and challenges. Go on a holiday and don’t worry about the money or time spent; you will definitely earn that again. 2. Work hard during the day. If you can’t finish your tasks, extend your work by an hour or another 30 minutes, complete it, and then close your laptop. Once you close it, return to your normal life—maintain a clear boundary between personal life and professional life. This is beneficial for both you and your organization. 3. Be simple—both you and I are paid by an organization to serve the company and represent a role. Once you clock out, step away from the character you portray during work hours; you’re not being paid during your off time. 😁 4. Pick a book that is your favorite and read it; choose a movie that you like and allocate some personal time for it at least once a week. 5. Choose the right people to hang out with. Trust me, even after doing all these things, you may still feel pressure, face problems, insecurities, or other issues that can threaten your mental health. If that happens, consult someone you trust or seek a professional counselor. When you consider seeing a therapist, don’t think of yourself as crazy or that you've lost your mind. It simply means “you are taking good care of your mental health just as you do with your physical health.” #Mentalhealthmatters, #Mentalhealthday, #Mentalhealthawareness, #youarenotalone

Prevention is better than cure, and this year, we works towards prevention. 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒃𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒐𝒇𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆. Rest is just as important for mental health as work. Make a habit of scheduling at least 30 minutes of rest or relaxation daily. During such periods, give yourself permission to do nothing for a while. Can you really be responsible for your own burnout? If the post on LinkedIn from a content marketer / recently turned “career coach” is to be believed, you can For a coach to suggest that the individual is responsible for their burnout and to warn people that a post on mental health could be potentially triggering, in Mental Health Awareness Month, is nothing short of shocking. It is tone-deaf and lacks empathy. Read on by Dorothy Dalton via 3Plus International https://buff.ly/4aLuWeA #burnout #workplaceburnout #3PlusInt #workplacetrauma #workplacetraumacoaching
