This took me nearly 30 years to realize (working harder and doing more didn't work) For years, I believed that making more calls or using better systems would lead to success. I tried everything, and even worked with a brokerage that focused on those strategies. Telling someone what to do doesn't help with long-term change. Here's the secret: you are more than just a real estate agent. If you’re aiming to hit new heights in your business in 2025 It’s not about doing more of the same. It’s about taking a deeper holistic approach One that rewires your habits and mindset at the foundation. Success doesn’t come from being told what to do. It's incorporating a 3-part approach to learn, implement and apply. It's making core-level changes to scale your business to the next-level. We’ve built 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘙𝘰𝘢𝘥𝘮𝘢𝘱 to do exactly that. It’s a personal growth program designed for real estate agents. Who are ready to increase their income by 75K or more every 90-days. Here’s what Kerstin said after completing the program: “𝑰 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏'𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝑰 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒂 𝒒𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆. If you always do what you've always done, you always get what you've always got. It's easy to get stuck in a rut, we've all been there. Doing the same thing and expecting different results. But what if 2025 was the year you achieve all those goals you've been dreaming of? Imagine: ❌ NOT asking for referrals and getting little in return. ✅ Taking the initiative and asking for referrals, watching your network grow organically. ❌ NOT asking your client if there was anything you could have done better. ✅ Actively seeking feedback from your clients and refining your service offering to be the best it can be. ❌ NOT putting value to your time for prospects. ✅ Placing a premium on your own time and attracting clients who truly value your expertise. ❌ NOT understanding your preferred client. ✅ Gaining a deep understanding of your ideal client and tailoring your services to meet their specific needs. Start paying attention to the details. Make those small changes. Hold yourself accountable. And watch your business thrive. Let 2025 be YOUR year. Expect the unexpected, and embrace the challenge. And remember, Success And Broker and my team are here to support you every step of the way. Let's make this year your best one yet. #brokercoach #businesscoach #businessgrowth #newyeargoals #accountability

We worked with 2 clients and made over $6,000 last month. PS I only started ONE year ago. I don’t usually like to talk about how much money I’ve made. But when you're building in public, it’s important to be transparent about your growth. 2024 has been a year full of learning. I may not have achieved everything I set out to do, but at least: → I know my next steps. → I know the strategies and processes that work. → I know what it will take to get where I want to be. Yes, it’s hard. I still don’t have all the answers. But there’s one thing I do know: My DESTINATION. And I will get there! Whether it takes a year, a decade, or more, I will stay motivated, persistent, and focused on achieving my GOAL. I’ll keep pushing forward, no matter how many challenges come my way. I’ll find new paths when needed. I’ll listen to everyone, but follow only those who’ve truly achieved success. I’ll stay consistent. I’ll keep showing up. I won’t feel bad if someone calls me “salesy.” (We’re all here to make money, aren’t we?) I’ll live in the PRESENT, letting go of the baggage of the past and the worries of the future. I’m committed to my dreams. And I’ll do whatever it takes to achieve them. This is a promise to myself!

Building a business is a long journey down a hard road… Endless distractions try to pull you off your path. A seemingly endless amount of skills to learn and things to do (especially if you’re a one-person show). Financial stress knowing it’s all down to you to make it work. And all the while you travel the road… Inner demons whisper in your ear: “You can’t do this” But you can rise above all that when you lock in on your mission. Focus on the path ahead. It might be dark and hard to see but you just need to focus on the light in the distance. On the high-leverage daily inputs which will lead you to where you want to go. Yesterday I walked the path… I was highly productive. I planted a lot of seeds for my business: Made connections. I did client work. Sent proposals. Sent DMs. I wrote. I studied. I ate good. I took a walk in the winter sun. And yet by the end of the day I felt dissatisfied. I was reflecting on that feeling this morning… Why did I feel like that when I did everything I set out to do yesterday? And honestly I’m not sure. But where I got to with it was… I don’t need to know. All I need to do is keep walking the path. Embrace the boredom of doing the same daily inputs. Consistently overcome the resistance which wants me to take it easy. And by the time it gets to the end of the year… I’m gonna smash through the door of January 1st with so much momentum behind me this temporary feeling won’t matter anyway. Plenty of people are gearing down now for the holidays. Ready to pick things up sometime in January. I’m gearing up. So, if you’d like to make some additional sales from your email list before we hit 2025… You can DM me “EMAIL”

Most people think staying put and waiting to make a decision is the “safe” option for their biz. It’s not. In business, inaction is one of the most expensive choices you can make. Here’s why: Luck Surface Area Luck isn’t some random force—it’s a result of putting yourself out there. The more situations you create, the more people you engage with, and the more action you take, the more "lucky" things seem to happen. Yet, so many sit still, waiting for the "perfect" opportunity. It doesn’t work like that. You’ve got to create momentum for luck to show up. Missed Opportunities Every day, your business generates opportunities—potential leads, clients, and growth. Without the right systems in place, they slip through the cracks. Ask yourself: 👉 How many potential buyers have shown interest but never purchased? 👉 How many sales could you close if you had a process to identify serious buyers? 👉 How much more could you earn by re-engaging past clients with new offers? Doing nothing isn’t “safe.” It’s actively leaving money on the table. Lost Momentum Success is like a snowball—it builds as it moves. But every time you hesitate, you lose that momentum. Starting again gets harder. By waiting, you’re not just standing still—you’re falling behind. The good news? The cost of inaction is avoidable. One of the easiest ways to keep momentum and capitalize on opportunities is by surrounding yourself with people who "are in the arena" with you—people taking action. That’s why I’ve been reworking parts of the GM+ Community to focus on helping members crush their goals in 2025. My goal? Help members collectively generate $1,000,000 in profit this year. If you want to create a stable, profitable business and use the momentum you’ve already built to drive more growth, now’s the time to act. Today is the final day to join GM+ at $99/month. From tomorrow, the price increases to $99/week. 👉 Want to know more about GM+ and how it can help your business? DM me now, and I’ll share all the details. Let’s make 2025 your most profitable year yet.

Success, to me, boils down to a few key principles that I'd like to share as we wrap up the financial year. Set Your Own Goals First and foremost, your goals must be set by you. Don’t wait for your partner, boss, or company to set them for you. Your goals should align with your values and aspirations, even if they also align with your workplace or team objectives. Owning your space is crucial. Align with the Right Environment If your goals don’t align with your current environment, you might not be in the right place. I’ve experienced working under a boss who had a different vision of success, creating a toxic culture. It’s important to be in a setting that supports your definition of success. Long-term vs. Short-term Thinking In sales, it’s common to hear phrases like "live by your numbers" or "you’re only as good as your last month." While these can motivate, they’re often not sustainable for those in it for the long haul. If you’re looking to grow a business, build a brand, or become a leader in your sector, focus on long-term strategies rather than quick wins. Reflect and Plan As the new financial year approaches, it’s a perfect time to reflect on your goals and strategies. Consider what worked, what didn’t, and how you can improve. Setting realistic, achievable goals that stretch you just enough to grow is key. So, how are you setting your goals for the new financial year? Are they aligned with your long-term vision?

I love this visual, how do we get there in terms of long term goals? Are we putting in the work? I often ask my audience this on my #YouTube channel, #MedicalCodingwithBleu I also talk about how to get there: by putting in the work. If you have long term goals, WRITE THEM DOWN. When you get them on paper, you can see them, and it's easier to line up those short term goals that will get you there. Remember, dreams are just wishes without a plan. Make a plan and turn what you want into a reality.
Everyone loves to talk about long-term goals. The 5-year plan. The dream business. The ultimate outcomes. But here’s the thing... Big goals are just small goals stacked on top of each other. It’s easy to get lost in the vision of where you want to be and forget what it takes to actually get there. Success doesn’t happen in giant leaps—it happens in small, consistent steps. Take any marathon runner. The goal is to finish 26.2 miles. But, no one gets there without first conquering their next mile, their next hill, their next breath. The same goes for your business, your career, and your personal growth. Here’s why short-term goals are the secret sauce to your long-term vision: Momentum Builds Confidence ↳ Every time you hit a small win—whether it’s finishing a project, nailing a presentation, or mastering a skill—you build the confidence you need to keep going. Those small wins create a domino effect, pushing you toward the bigger picture. Clarity Comes From Progress ↳ We can’t predict every twist and turn of the future. But by setting short-term goals, you get real-time feedback on what works and what doesn’t. That clarity refines your path to long-term success. Short-Term Goals Keep You Grounded ↳ The long-term vision is inspiring, but it can also feel overwhelming. Focusing on the next actionable step keeps you grounded, in control, and on track—no more feeling stuck in the enormity of it all. Remember: You can’t scale a mountain by staring at the peak. You get there by taking the first step... and the next... and the next. So, instead of obsessing over where you’ll be in 5 years, ask yourself: What am I doing today to get there? Big goals? They’re just a series of small goals, done well. btw - more schools need more educators like this. Love this video from my home state of Kentucky.

🎯 The simple hack high-achievers use to hit their goals? They AIM. In the journey to mastery, how you set goals is everything. Bruce D. Schneider's AIM process can help you pinpoint goals that align with where you are right now, ensuring each step forward is realistic and impactful. Here's the breakdown: A - Acceptable: What's the smallest step you could take now that would still make an impact? Even once-a-week gym sessions can spark your fitness journey. I - Ideal: What’s your ultimate vision? Going to the gym every day might seem ideal, but can you sustain it? M - Middle: The sweet spot - the action that challenges yet suits you now. If once a week is too easy but daily isn't feasible, twice a week might be your perfect stretch. The Middle isn’t about settling; it’s about finding what’s right for you in this moment. If a goal feels too big and doesn’t resonate with who you are today, no matter how badly you want it, it might not be your next realistic step. So instead of shooting for a goal that feels out of reach, aim for one that’s a reasonable stretch from where you are now. Once you hit that Middle target, you can reassess and AIM again. This approach keeps you motivated and ensures every step forward is aligned with your capacity today.
