We have installed a manual TIRF illuminator (fcTIRF) on this simultaneous dual-color TIRF imaging system. The imaging software #VisiView was configured to stream images from Prime 95B camera and also send triggering signal sequentially to two OBIS lasers. All the above can be configured on the manual inverted microscope IX73, which makes the whole setup very cost-effective even for single molecule FRET experiments.
