Fun Fact: According to a model calculation, water consumption for toilet flushes have fallen by 80% per person per day since the 1950s. The assumption is that one person uses the toilet 5 times a day and actuates the full flush once and the small flush four times. In the 1950s water consumption was 14 litres per flush (70 litres per person per day). Today a thorough flush is possible with just 4 litres for the full flush and 2.6 litres for the small/partial flush (14 litres per person per day). EcoVadis Sustainability Rating 2024: Zignago Vetro distinguishes itself once again. This year too, Zignago Vetro has obtained an excellent result in EcoVadis’ sustainability ratings. With an improved score of 90/100, we have maintained our Platinum Medal by being ranked in the top 1% of the companies taking part. Our progress was significant in the Environment and Ethics categories, while our ratings remained stable in Labor and Human Rights and Sustainable Procurement.
