Today, I had the absolute pleasure of delivering a session for Daniel Skermer and The PA Forum alongside none other than Lucy Brazier OBE – what a wonderful experience! We explored The Evolving Role of PAs, EAs, VAs & Office Managers – a session designed to equip administrative professionals with the insights and strategies needed to thrive in today’s demanding professional landscape. Lucy’s wealth of knowledge and passion for championing these roles made the session truly impactful. We covered everything from mastering influence and career progression to wellbeing, resilience, and the power of strategic thinking. The feedback and engagement we received during the session highlighted just how crucial these topics are to those working in executive support roles. It’s always an honour to collaborate with experts who are as dedicated to empowering others as Lucy is. And seeing the community of PAs, EAs, VAs, and Office Managers come together to learn, grow, and share experiences – that’s the magic right there! Thank you again to Daniel Skermer for hosting and to Lucy Brazier OBE for being such an incredible guest expert. Today was also the final Forging People session of 2024 for The PA Forum - what a way to round it all off! 🌟 See y'all in January to kick off our 2025 calendar of events! 🙌 #SelfDevelopment #ProfessionalDevelopment #ExecutiveSupport #PersonalAssistants #ExecutiveAssistants #VirtualAssistants #OfficeManagers #AdminProfessionals
