I realized the power of structure because that’s been my framework for the last 17 years. We use Salesforce as our CRM at Meritus, and we have tasks listed for every day. My day is now very well-structured, and it's because of the way I plan to finish all my tasks before I leave my desk. Having a structure is great. We see it in nature: There’s routine in seasons, days and nights, the circadian rhythm of the body. Why should our work be spontaneous? It was a great first day at #mwc2024. Our Customer the #eventprofs are just amazing for what they manage with this show. $1,000’s of Executive Meetings, Demos, Sales Meetings, Booth Tours. Just amazing. Now hopefully they are all using #jifflenow #cvent to track the pipeline created and advanced from these meetings. I know many of them that are. Don’t be just a cost center. Be an event marketer that understands what it take for Customers and Prospects to #Connect, #Engage, and then have a #Meeting and Yes Meetings drive pipeline and pipeline drives #Revenue. That makes you a Revenue Driver Not a Cost Center!
