“Larry is the wood chipper.” That’s my name here at Meritus. The Wood Chipper. It's because I've transformed into a task-driven individual. I realized the power of structure because that’s been my framework for the last 17 years. We use Salesforce as our CRM at Meritus, and we have tasks listed for every day. My day is now very well-structured, and it's because of the way I plan to finish all my tasks before I leave my desk. Having a structure is great. We see it in nature: There’s routine in seasons, days and nights, the circadian rhythm of the body. Why should our work be spontaneous? If you're just starting to adopt a more structured approach to your work, let me tell you that it does get easier with time. Meanwhile, embrace the routine and find joy in the process. 😊 #workstructure #efficiency
completely agree with you, Larry. Having a structured approach to work is essential for achieving efficiency and productivity. It's interesting to see how routine and structure are present in nature as well.
Having structure is critical in our day to day, Larry! Keep up the great posts. 👍
