Is your life science or medical device company stuck under $100M? Let's talk about how I can bridge the gap between your business and meaningful growth. #FCMO

If you're responsible for the growth of a life sciences brand, you've probably already built your plan for 2025. If not, consider the following. I’ve got a background in disruptive innovation, and modern MBA through Quantic School of Business and Technology that I earned during Covid. Not a lot of marketing agency founders come at things with this kind of toolkit. That, and my drive for constant improvement helped me design and build our unique operating model that helped us thrive during the crazy times. I'm going to peel back a little bit of the toolkit that got me here. I’m looking ahead at 2025 and seeing the opportunity to break through the noise in life sciences growth—and sure, AI is the buzzword everyone’s freaking out about. But not so fast. Here’s the thing: sure AI is taking over. It’s automating everything from data analysis to content creation, and everyone is scrambling to figure out where humans even fit. For founders and marketers, it’s tempting to just lean on AI because it’s fast, efficient, and shiny. But let’s be real—relying too much on AI risks making your business look like everyone else’s. You’ll blend into the background while your customers—especially in life sciences—are looking for trust, empathy, and a human connection that AI just can’t replicate. And that's important. The people in our space—scientists, researchers, clinicians—don’t JUST want facts and figures. They want stories. They want solutions that speak to their unique challenges. AI can generate generic answers, but it can’t sit in a room, listen to their frustrations, and respond with empathy. If all you’re doing is pumping out AI-driven content and campaigns, you’re going to lose. And sticking to what worked in the past—whether that’s run of the mill SEO or relying on specs-heavy product pages—isn’t cutting it anymore. The answer? Stop playing AI’s game and lean into what AI can’t do: be human. Here’s how: Ask Better Questions: Use frameworks like the 5 Whys to get to the root of your customers’ problems. AI can crunch data, but it struggles with nuance and context. Create Unforgettable Human Experiences: Focus on your customer journey. Develop workshops, webinars, or campaigns that build real connections, not just clicks. Emphasize Storytelling: People remember stories, not specs. Use storytelling to position your brand as a partner in solving their challenges, not just a vendor with a product. Build for Collaboration: Partner with your customers to co-create solutions that address their needs. Companies that help more, sell more. 2025 is your opportunity to stand out by going where AI can’t. With the right strategies and frameworks, you can out-human the machines and build trust, connection, and long-term growth. Disrupt, differentiate, and own the space where AI falls short. Don't wait, make it happen.
